CFUG Sponsorship Opportunities
The South Florida ColdFusion User Group welcomes groups and businesses who would like to promote their organization, service or products by providing sponsorships to the CFUG
There are a wide variety of sponsorship program opportunities that can fit your needs. The CFUG has over 350 members, which means your sponsorship can be viewed by a large population of the ColdFusion community. Please look over the various sponsorship options we have available. Meeting Sponsorship
- "Meeting sponsored by…” type announcement, with link to your Web site, in meeting email notifications which is sent to over 350 members. Two notifications are sent per month.
- Verbal sponsorship acknowledgement at beginning of CFUG meeting.
- Ten minute presentation at CFUG meeting.
- Meeting Sponsorship Banner Ad on the CFUG Web site (Ad is viewed every 4 Web page hits).
- Sponsorship Fee: $75
A-La-Carte Type Meeting Sponsorships
(does not require $75 meeting sponsorship)
- 10 minute presentation. Can be used by recruiters, product salesman, etc.: $35
- Sponsorship slide displayed during Macromedia News presentation: $10
CFUG Web Site Sponsorship Banner Ads
- Banner Ads on the CFUG Web site (which are displayed on the top of every page) rotate through 8 banner slots. For example, a banner ad in one slot will appear once every 8 Web page hits, if two slots, will appear twice every 8 Web page hits (1/4 ad impression), and so on.
- Banner slot cost schedule:
1 slot - $15/month
2 slots - $25/month
3 slots - $35/month
4 slots - $40/month
- Template CFUG banner ads will be used. If sponsoring company wishes to use a custom made banner, please provide the banner ad (468 x 60 pixel, maximum 12K bytes).
Email Announcement Sponsor -
In a typical month, about 2-3 emails go out to the membership of the South Florida CFUG group which is currently comprised of over 350 members. A company can sponsor a highlighted text-only ad in the email announcements. The sponsorship is on a per month basis.
Monthly sponsorship fee: $35.
Sponsorships by CFUG Members
Meeting Sponsorship - CFUG members are also welcome to sponsor the CFUG meetings at a discount rate. The CFUG member will be entitled to sponsorship credit in the meeting notice emails, verbal acknowledgement at the CFUG meeting, complimentary banner ad exposure (2 slots), as well as presentation time.
Banner Ads - The following banner ad discount schedule applies to CFUG members who wish to advertise their company on the CFUG Web site:
- 1 slot - $10/month
- 2 slots - $15/month
- 3 slots - $20/month
- 4 slots - $25/month
